Actually, I was predicting it way back in 2001, when I never knew a damn about the economy, since too many people (about a few million) used their money during the .com days to buy these huge shithole houses out in the middle of nowhere. How did these people really expect to make a living?! No wonder the banks ran out of money. :rolleyes:

I got like 3 full rants on this stuff. The clues were back in 2001-2003; naturally, everyone adopted the "hold back" attitude by inflating the price. Fuck the world.
