I didn't watch it all the way through after I heard that, but wouldn't be surprised to see an arching of the back when he was on the ground.

glass jaw for sure but after reading your post i thought the dude may have did the nose through the brain thing. I watched it alot and can't tell if thats it or not.

It's possible it was that, but from memory it didn't appear an upward thrust from the smaller bloke. I think it was the first kick to the medulla that did it, and subsequent ones to the same area. That area controls a persons life support system and it's why the bloody Ruskies and the like put a bullet in the back part of your brain, low down.
What was it all about anyway? Fight Club in the bush?

street fighters usually attack one and others jaws, noses,dish out black eyes etc,
but booting the throat area is a bit off key.
i suppose there are no rules though and they are told this before going into a battle.

yeah it didn't seem like it was a death match just a street fight I was suprised how the one guy kicked him like that
