Watching a vid on my XP computer crashes the browser

Doesn't matter which browser it is, although Opera shows a bit more determination to hang on in there. On my Win 7 laptop, I have no problems, guess its XP to blame.

I'm assuming the issue remains unresolved...

[1] Check your Activity Monitor (or equivalent) to see what other background processes are taking place. Flash is a CPU hog, and so if you have lots of other tasks going on at once, your computer might be closing whatever program that demands the most CPU (i.e. flash pages).
[2] Which version of XP are you using (32 or 64-bit)? If you're using 64-bit, use the latest available version of I.E. to see if you have problems. Also, which SERVICE PACK are you using? Upgrade to SP3 if you haven't done so already.
