Seeing these things in person does affect you. On the internet, you are safe, there is nothing that can happen to you, but on the streets when it's all in front of you, it can get pretty overwhelming.

dude! I have that same nervous reaction (at least thats the only way I can explain it) My aunt died and I full blown started smiling (but i was sad) it was fucking weird.
