Apparently ISP's are being asked to get into contract that disconnects users for file-sharing if they are warned two times.
Right now only Virgin Media implemented this 3 strike rule.
Personally I think this is bullshit. Piracy is a way of life, that will never change. By doing this the ISP's will only get angry customers.
Either way, piracy will never be stopped.
