Dan and I usually go out on Saturday nights and consume enough Heineken that would kill most people.

i dont drink much(i did when i was a teen, A LOT) but when i do is usually vodka, i also drink beer when im with my friends or gf watching movie, playing a game or just talking but i dont count that as drinking, a beer now and then is actualy good for your health

Drinking is what teaches you how to drink. Also some tips. Whenever you are out for a night drinking be SURe to drink a full glass of WATER every so often (say when you go to the loo). One an hour should be about right if you can remember to do it that is! That pounding in your head in the morning is from dehydration and your brain is actually dry too. This tip alone will eliminate much of the torture of the hangover but you must be "proactive"!
