Find image you like on internet.(animated gifs go here also)
Right click and hit copy image URL
Go to your post window and click the Insert Imagebutton.
Hit paste and save.
Go to advanced or preview post to see what you have before posting.

Same thing for videos, just hit the Insert Video button
I have noticed that if the video does not work properly, just paste directly to your post page.
Almost always works.
Now you know as much as I do.
You can go to the technical forums and there is a FAQ portion(could not find it).
