I was on a trip in Russia when I developed a bad tooth ache. I went to get the tooth pulled and the dentist told me it would be Five thousand dollars. I told him in America it only cost one hundred dollars. The dentist said but in Russia we have to remove the cavity thru your ear because in Russia, everybody knows better than to open their mouth.
