Death of a USMC tank (Okinawa)
Footage of a USMC sherman tank that struck I believe a Japanese type 96 mine(106lbs 46lbs explosive). These bad boys would easily flip the tank onto its turret. It appears that there are still crew trapped in the burning vehicle. Their comrades bravely attempt to free them before the vehicle is consumed the fire.

Looks old but, I don't think is was part of WWII. Still, brutal footage.
The fighting at Okinawa lead to the use of the atom bombs weeks later.
