I do, someone like Owebama is black due to his level of education and scheming mind. Yea, I've seen this one... Or should I say haven't seen this one, because is such grainy shitty footage you can't see shit. You'd think there'd be one with clear footage. It must not go on often, or if it does, happens in secrecy.
