Canceling your Membership
DO NOT post new threads asking to cancel your membership, as they will be deleted. You must either [1] follow the directions on TheYNC.com Underground tab, or [2] follow the instructions exactly as stated in the above link.

I still cannot see the videos and I paid! WTF?
If you just recently paid, and still can't see the Underground, then you may need to [1] clear your browser's cache and cookies, [2] then restart your browser. TRY THESE STEPS FIRST. If that fails, then speak to Mike.
