Small store owner shoots himself on his desk - suicide - cannot find video

The video is extremely bloody, I think it's from 2009, a small store owner shot himself in his own store because he was going out of business and couldn't deal with the hardship. The video starts out with police on the scene and a cam of the victim, along with a view of his desk.

I cannot seem to find it when I use our search engine or the internet to locate TheYNC videos. Anyone know where it is?
