Post a video?

Can we post a video we found and doesn't exist in theync? I wanted to see the Neo Nazi Beheading video and I first came here but couldn't find it. Then I found it simply by googling it and I downloaded it to my hard disc so as to bring it here too.

But either I am stupid or I simply am not allowed to upload a video... because I couldn't figure out how to do it.

It is the neo nazi beheading video. They have a flag with nazi and two guys tied. Then they behead them with a knife and they put them in two holes they had dig already. I just didn't find it in theync so I thought about uploading it. I just saw that I cannot upload videos.
