My guess would be a that he took loads of pain supressing pills like panodils, and took a single or two sleeping pills, he knew that amount of panodils will make him puke while as stone sleep face up while actually choke him without pain or uncomfortable feeling cuz hes in deep sleep. Well some might wonder about my comment why there is noting out of his mouth. Let me tell, it don't have to, since sleeping pills like Truxal make you stomach muscle calm cuz of force sleep your brain lower you nervesystem to react that much on muscle, so he might choke badly by puke inside his lounge.

I might be wrong but if you ever take Truxal before, notice you wake up in the same position as you went to bed, and feel abit tired and dizzy when wakes up :)
