Changes to the YNC

im new to this site, was a member of TWW.... do you guys have a filter? say i didnt want to view the gore/death vids, is itpossible to filter those out? or select only the categories i want to view vids from? thanks!

Skrilla, right now we don't have a filter and that isn't in the works for the immeidate future. However, it is something we're aware of and we will consider that feature as we grow.

The news section is going to be much like TWW with the most recents and featured items, the content will be much the same as it was on TWW it will have its own section on the site so if thats what you like you can set that section in your favorites if you choose to until we come up with some sort of filter option.

Agreed. I don't give two flapping duck shits if people spew out all the dumb racist comments. I'd still like to be able to see them so that in case I feel like facepalming on a rainy Sunday afternoon, I have the opportunity to do so.

Or I could just skip those comments and read the others.

I personaly don't have a problem with real gory videos, actually I love them.

But maybe there could be a window that pops up that says,"your about to watch a very graphic video, click to continue" so you don't get the lamers crying about how the video was disgusting or whatnot. They shouldn't bitch if they click to continue.

While I will agree that posters shouldn't constantly harass one another and I hate spam too but we shouldn't squash someones freedom of speech.
Keep in mind the 1st amendment isn't to protect popular or nice speech, it's to protect unpopular or mean speech. No one is forced to read a comment! My right to read what someone has to say should be greater than some limp-wristed pussy that can't handle naughty language.
How about this, for all the people that are easily offended, go over to Youtube, Break.com, or NothingToxic. Can't we have one site where the 1st amendment still means something!!!
BTW I have my suspicions about this GOD character He seems a little to anxious to be in charge!

Hi just wanted to let everyone know were working on some things again to make the YNC better for you guys and girls. Well be adding a new section for current events video (News) also were gonna be looking for a moderator to moderate the comments as some people are ruining them with ignorance and blatant racism.

Also adding a upload feature so you can upload your own videos and have the link instantly. Any more suggestions are always welcome....
