My job is endless trying to keep the young blacks / hispanics from crossing over to the hood side! Some of those buggers are destined to see the 4 corners of the penal system, some strung out on drugs, and unfortunately others 6 ft. under.

One thing they can all reflect back on is the training and mancave I gave to them. If I can change just 1 youngster, just 1....he might be the next generation of BMnC to stand up against the sea of stereotypes and haters out there.

Ya can't change the skin color you're born with, but you can become equal or better than those who put you down.
