Just imagine a user with several hundred videos suddenly gets pissed off with the site and decides to delete them all.
Btw, define 'competent users' even some of the most loyal users have occasionally decided to leave and wanted all trace of their membership removed from the site.
Like I've said many times, if you want a video deleted PM me.
It's quite obvious to go with the more stringent of answers and side with what you ask of users. But in the end, who really gives a fuck what users do with their content? If I wanted to "Again" delete my uploads, should I not feel free to do so?
Option to delete videos once again, for competent users should be as follows. User finds video does not work : option to delete video should be there.
User uploads video not knowing a duplicate exists or a "re-post" and becomes aware of it, either by member notification "yeah, that happens" or, by finding out about it by discovery. :option to delete video should exist.
Badger, this happens way more than you would like to think. Having videos duplicated or broken surely has an impact on user and host, dually.
I refuse to ask anymore, because IT"S ALREADY TOO LATE. No mod is on at the time of an error occuring and it cannot be rectified in an eye bat.
A simple request to have an option to delete videos users upload is becoming a fight?
