Gun Battle at Philadelphia’s New Era Barbershop

On November 13, 2016, at 3:58 pm, the complainant, a 24 year-old male, was inside the New Era Barber Shop located on the 19XX block of East Tioga Street when he heard several gunshots and his front window break.

Surveillance video recovered from the area depicts two unknown males involved in an argument when the suspect began firing several shots at him then fled the area in an unknown direction.

Suspect Description: Light complected black or Hispanic male, thin build, wearing a black hooded sweat shirt with white stripes on the sleeves and white draw strings, black sweatpants, black glove on his right hand, and armed with a black handgun.
