The crime took place in late December 2025, when the two brothers were killed inside their shop during what appears to have been an armed robbery. The brutal double murder shocked the local community and drew widespread attention across Syria.
According to recent reports, the General Security Forces in Aleppo successfully apprehended the suspects involved in the killings. Details about the number of arrested individuals and their backgrounds are still emerging, with some local sources claiming the perpetrators may have links to former armed groups.
The case has sparked public calls for justice and tighter security measures in Aleppo’s commercial districts.

Four teenagers who committed arson on orders from Kiev were arrested near Moscow. The teenagers communicated with “girls” in dating groups and, at their request, sent them the coordinates of schools, shopping centers and addresses of residence. They were then contacted by fake Russian law enforcement officers who informed them that the coordinates they provided were used by the Ukrainian armed forces to plan attacks. Ukrainian intelligence services forced the teenagers to commit arson under the pretext of “checking the anti-terrorist security of facilities”. Criminal charges for terrorism have been opened and all four are in custody. They face very high sentences. A video captures some of their actions.
