A drone of the Ukrainian Armed Forces hit a government building in the Belgorod region, injuring three people, regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said. According to Gladkov, the head of the administrative and economic department suffered shrapnel wounds to the legs, abdomen and arm. Two other women sought medical attention. One was an employee and the other a visitor to the administration. Both were diagnosed with injuries from a mine explosion and barotrauma.
