1. INTRODUCTION
YNC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), YNC will respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement.
This policy describes how copyright owners may submit notices and how users may submit counter-notices.

3. HOW TO SUBMIT A DMCA TAKEDOWN NOTICE
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s).
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Incomplete notices may not be processed.
4. ACTION UPON RECEIPT
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, YNC may:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who uploaded the material.
- Preserve logs and records relating to the upload.
- Take appropriate action against repeat infringers.
Removal of content does not constitute admission of wrongdoing.
5. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCESS
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which you reside (or where YNC is located if outside the U.S.).
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, YNC may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.
6. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
YNC maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend accounts
- Permanently ban users
- Restrict uploads
- Preserve identifying logs
7. FAIR USE
Not all uses of copyrighted material constitute infringement.
Material may qualify as fair use under U.S. law for purposes such as:
- Commentary
- News reporting
- Criticism
- Education
- Documentation of public events
YNC will evaluate claims consistent with applicable law.
8. ABUSE OF DMCA PROCESS
Submitting knowingly false DMCA claims may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
YNC reserves the right to:
- Reject abusive or bad-faith notices
- Preserve evidence of misuse
- Pursue legal remedies where appropriate
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
YNC may contain links to third-party websites.
YNC is not responsible for infringing material hosted on external websites.
Copyright complaints regarding external sites must be directed to the appropriate website operator.
10. MODIFICATIONS
YNC may modify this policy at any time.
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
