Unlike the Ukrainian authorities, Dictator Putin does not provide air raid alerts or shelters for civilians in the event of an air attack. In fact, he generally prefers to keep such incidents quiet.

It would make more sense to consult INDEPENDENT sources of information—such as reports from the United Nations, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, and others.
Without exception, they all conclude that the overwhelming majority of war crimes committed during this war have been carried out by the invading forces of dictator Putin, not by the Ukrainian army.

The drone was shot down and hit the beach. The drone targeted a military target not far away but got shot down. I would call this an accident. Things like that happen in wars however the ukraune did not attack civilians on purpose. Only Russia is doing that.
