The guy could use the weapon to do anything, yet he decides to walk into the office and shoot his enemy in the legs; I think this hitman is a bit soft and lacks the guts to finish off his enemies.

@Metatron I think you may be a bit dumb. Clearly he wasn't meaning to kill the guy. Just send a painful message. The same reason people in Asian prisons will stab fellow inmates in the ass so that they don't get an attempted murder charge.
