Three guys on a bike turned a street into a shooting gallery, killed a man, and vanished into thin air. The CCTV got a crystal-clear front-row seat. As for the police? They're currently busy "reviewing footage" — which, in Patna, is just another way of saying "we'll get back to you sometime in 2027." No suspects, no arrests, just great camera work.

The civic administration of Patna is run by several government agencies and has overlapping structural divisions. So, the 2027 timeline is generous. Dozens of bureaucrats will be arguing with each other until the 2030s and by that time it probably will be legal.
