@RamonMoreno It matters because the young children of dictator Putin’s friends are NOT subject to mobilization, yet they can apparently cruise around in Lamborghinis with a whole security detail behind and knock down disabled Russian men who have been mobilized and sent to fight.

Let me remind you: dictator Putin’s 2022 decree on mobilization is still in force—it has remained in effect since the year Putin launched his invasion of Ukraine.
And, of course, there will be no real trial here—and there couldn’t even be one.

Let’s remember that before Putin seized power in Russia, that country had no billionaires at all.

They massively emerged only after his regime established lucrative exports of Russian raw materials to Europe and China. All of these billionaires are Putin’s family connections, lovers, close friends, or just directly controlled by him.

So the next time you feel tempted to criticize corruption in your own country, it may be worth taking a look at Russia

Almost all of today’s Russian billionaires grew up in extreme poverty, had limited education and little formal schooling, and are essentially gangsters in expensive European suits.
When Putin is gone, they will be gone too—and so will their billions.
