Point in that life of a casual katsap cost nothing for ruzzian commanders, but fear that Ukraine will take some intel, and a few captives to exchange - is reasonable for them to kill their own soldiers.
More there: a few years ago Ukraine had collected a whole trains full of dead ruzzian bodies. And ruzky scum had spent a dozens expensive rockets to destroy those trains - only for possibility to say that "there is no ruzzian personnel losses in Ukraine", hahah. There is much absolutely inhuman warcrimes here from kremlin joos...
