Notice how the second officer used a hostile and demanding voice and the situation went south immediately. That officer needs a lot of remedial training before responding to mental health crisis. His choices on how to interact with this man directly caused the situation to immediately deteriorate to a suicide by cop. Idk if there's a quick-acting tranquilizer but maybe we should be looking into using those if there is.
