This happened recently. Sergio almanac was last listed in critical condition, hes been charged with aggravated assault. He did not produce id and the police knew he had warrant(s) including 1 felony. Hes a drug addict. And unfortunately, he was unarmed, and if he survives and the cop doesn't face charges as it was (self defense) *aggravated assault* instead of resisting with or without violence *already covered their arses* anyway, if he survives the officer at the very least just granted this man a civil lawsuit against both him and the city, that he will most likely win. The officer just increased Houston tax payers dollars and granted this criminal drug addict alot of money.

"I didn't do nothing" Resisting arrest isn't nothing. That alone puts you in the danger zone, but this worthless ratsack doesn't have the brains to understand that. I'm glad that he suffered.
