First of all...why not carry around a gram of Fent to swallow in the case you're caught? Second, I never seen fuel burn like that and stay burning for so long. It has no signs of burning out. That leads me to believe it's hillbilly napalm which styrofoam resolved in gasoline. A TON of styrofoam dissolves into gasoline too for that matter and it burns bright and for an outrageously long time like whats shown in this video.
