On the afternoon of August 20th, a targeted killing was registered in the Palermo Sur neighborhood, in the Rafael Uribe Uribe district (Bogotá), following the murder of a citizen named José Castañeda, a 36-year-old taxi driver who was shot to death by two men on a motorcycle while he was in a pharmacy.
