A wanted gangster named Gurpreet Singh was fleeing the STF in Ludhiana, India, when his speeding Thar hit a coconut seller near Buddha Nullah. The victim was seriously injured and the driver's condition remains critical. Gurpreet was arrested along with his associates. Cops are "investigating" which means they're figuring out how a high-speed chase through narrow residential streets was allowed to happen. In Punjab, the only thing more dangerous than the gangsters is the STF's chase protocol.
