Why remove the victims to take them to another car to transport them to the hospital? Just scoot them over and use their car. I mean they are already in a perfectly serviceable car already.

@drhazihawass Removing victims from an accident vehicle to transport them in an ambulance, rather than using their own car, is primarily done to prevent further injury, provide immediate medical care, and stabilize their condition for transport. Moving an accident victim without proper techniques—like simply "scooting them over"—can cause permanent paralysis or worsen internal bleeding.
An ambulance is a mobile treatment unit. Paramedics can provide life-saving treatments (airway management, oxygen, intravenous fluids) that are impossible to perform in a regular car.
Intensive care patients can become unstable upon movement, and ambulances are equipped for continuous monitoring (heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation).

The victim's car might be structurally unstable, on fire, or located in a dangerous area (e.g., in the middle of a busy road). Emergency responders must remove them from this immediate danger.
The wrecked car may be too deformed to allow paramedics to treat the patient properly during the journey, whereas a stretcher allows 360-degree access.

While in some cases of rural, life-threatening emergencies, a "scoop and run" approach (getting them to the nearest hospital as fast as possible) is used, standard practice is to avoid moving the patient until they are in the hands of trained professionals.
