A municipal garbage truck in Jaspur, India, reversed onto a highway and hit a motorcyclist, leaving him seriously injured. An e-rickshaw passing by narrowly escaped. CCTV caught the whole thing. Cops are "investigating" which means they're trying to figure out why a garbage truck was playing bumper cars on a highway. In Udham Singh Nagar, the only thing more dangerous than the trash is the vehicle collecting it.

Their mentality causes death. He got a drivers licence that had no rules or regulations. His licence said "do whatever you want and drive like a idiot we dont care" JUst imagine what a genius this guy is thinking that he can just reverse straight across a busy road.
