A 20-year-old newlywed woman died after falling from the fifth floor of a building in Delhi’s Uttam Nagar, just months after her marriage.
A particularly horrific case has emerged from Uttam Nagar, Delhi, where a newlywed woman was allegedly thrown from the 5th floor by her in-laws shortly after her wedding. 20-year-old Khushi was married on May 10, 2025. Her family alleges that since her marriage, her in-laws have been harassing her for a car and cash. Unable to meet her parents' demands, her in-laws allegedly threw her from the 5th floor. A CCTV camera captured her fall in the narrow alley, causing widespread panic in the area. Police are investigating the matter, and the family has demanded strict legal action against the accused.
