CCTV footage has surfaced of a daylight murder in Patna City where a 70-year-old man was attacked and killed near Vivekananda Colony crossing on Thursday morning, police said.
Mohammad Raees was attacked at about 10.30am near the Vivekananda Colony crossing in the Chowk police station area Raees’s family has alleged that the murder was premeditated.
His daughter, Shabnam Khatoon, told police she suspects a man identified as Mohammad Ayaz, also known locally as “Kufera Bhai”. She claimed the suspect had followed her father after he left home and had previously issued threats to kill him.
