Shooting Leaves Two Young Men Seriously Wounded in Sabana Perdida; Residents Demand Investigation
Santo Domingo North. Two young men were seriously wounded in a shooting that occurred around 12:15 a.m. in the Sabana Perdida neighborhood.

According to information shared by residents of the area, security camera footage shows the arrival of two individuals who then allegedly fired several shots at the victims.

One of the wounded was identified as Fernelis, who reportedly sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and arm. The second victim is a minor, who was also seriously injured. Both were taken to receive medical attention.
Residents claim that a suspected criminal group known in the area as “Los Panchos” is behind the attack, an allegation that has not yet been officially confirmed by the National Police or the Public Prosecutor's Office.
