Russia lost a lot of its capability during the past soviet collapse.
That's not to say they have nothing, but standard testing of ICBM platforms doesn't really make anyone nervous, regardless of nuclear capability.
Remember that America has something like 20 subs with 26 ICBM/MRBM capacity each (max 20 nuclear per submarine per some weird accord). That's the base level preparedness to strike unseen with just the most obvious ones.
I'm not super worried for the simple fact that Russia will absolutely collapse if it uses nuclear first. They become the pariah, and even China would have to think long and hard about continuing support.

Today, a training and combat launch of a mobile-based solid-propellant intercontinental ballistic missile took place from the Plesetsk cosmodrome.
The training warheads successfully reached the designated area of the Kura test range in Kamchatka. All assigned tasks were completed in full.

@Manualsincluded Rusia does NOT have 20,000 nuclear warheads, and whathever it does have its mostly junk by now. They won't have enough launch platforms (mobile and static) and for the time they will try to use it, will be wiped out.

But then, if you factor russian bullshit vs reality in Ukraine, then russia actually has only one nuclear weapon, and even that doesn't work properly. russia is a washed up failure.
