It's amazing how one the one hand petrol is so expensive and valuable a commodity there that they routinely risk death to steal it from crashed tanker trucks, yet can always spare liberal amounts for a public burning!
Note - they may have survived the burning but they are dead men writhing - even in Western First World health care systems people with this damage can die a few weeks later from infection & organ failure, these two have no hope with their medical system
