Images were released of the bodies of Naín Andrés Pérez Toncel—alias "Nain" or "Bendito Menor"—and his partner, Rosa Angélica Tarazona—alias "La Bebesita"—who were killed in Colombia during a National Police operation in the Los Olivos neighborhood of Riohacha, La Guajira. Petro tearfully came to the guerrilla fighter's defense.

Photographs began circulating on social media that—according to widely shared reports—purportedly show the bodies of the individuals known as "Bendito Menor" and "La Bebecita" following their autopsies; however, the authenticity and origin of the images have not yet been officially confirmed.
