Around 2019-2020 in the State of Oregon, a Guy Was severely injured after A Random Guy came up from a van during a fight and Brutally Knocked him out unnecessarily even though he wasn't part of the fight, which is probably the most POS move to do, Now, in the video the guy puts his arms up after being knocked out, which suggests that he suffered a TBI and as called fencing response, now was this the Most Undeserved Punch?
