Thats what happens when you have no proper drivers licence testing and a licence can be obtained just by paying a bribe. Something which everyone does. Is it a wonder they drive like they own the road with no hint or worry of the dangers. Class shit hole country with its shit hole corrupt mentality. Its what their people want, shit hole smelly standards or non existent standards. They deserve their misery because they are so stupid.
