Pshek Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski stated that if Ukraine can knock out a large portion of Russian oil refining capacity, European NATO air forces could eliminate the remainder in just six weeks.

Russia closed all roads leading up to or from Pshek, any car or train will be eliminated on command, and any NATO personnel will also be considered an immediate target as soon as they set foot or enter Ukranian territory.
