Espaillat, Dominican Republic August 2, 2025-Vicente Bacilio Henríquez Rosario shot and killed farmer Carlos Miguel Cruz Minaya, 65 and injured Luis Miguel Cruz, 23, Luis David Cruz Ureña, 28, and Adrián de Jesús Urena Tobias, 34 at a corner store. Charges against the shooter were dismissed. The reason for the conflict was not reported.
