However, deporting random Russian refugees won’t make Europe (or the West in general) better. Under international law, the "collective expulsion" of a group based on nationality is generally prohibited as it violates individual human rights. Forced transfers can be classified as war crimes or crimes against humanity under the International Criminal Court (ICC) Statute.

Surprisingly, many Russians in the West are high-skilled professionals, such as IT specialists and scientists; deporting them would deprive the West of talent while potentially aiding the Russian economy. We should keep them here so that they can help us WESTERNERS, over Daddy Vlad.
While general views toward the Russian state are highly negative in the West (as they should be), broad public support for mass deportation of all residents remains low (again, as it should be).
