A surveillance camera in San Luis Río Colorado caught a fatal crash on Thursday morning. A young man was seriously injured. He later died. The intersection of Chihuahua and 47th now has its own highlight reel. The camera worked perfectly. The road didn't. The driver probably fled. The family gets a video instead of a son. In Mexico, the only thing more reliable than the surveillance system is the fact that nobody fixes the intersection until someone dies there.
