An e-rickshaw slowed down on the left lane of a four-lane highway in Jhansi to pick up a passenger. A tractor behind it tried to move left to let a white car pass. The tractor didn't stop in time and slammed into the auto. The tractor lost control. The auto? Probably still waiting for that passenger.
