Massacreman3000 - According to the visible partial car license plate, it shows a 'circle of stars' which means it's in the European Union (England is no longer part of the EU) and the 'D' below stands for 'GERMANY' (Deutschland). The first two letters of the tag state 'EU' which is the city code the vehicle is registered, in this case 'Euskirchen' ...in North Rhine-Westphalia. - I have checked for reported terror/rampage related incidents and have found NOTHING that matches this footage over the last 5+ days, at all. - Very Strange.
