Laws and moral codes are different. When do wrong when intoxicated, your friends get it because it could happen to everybody but laws don't forgive. So when woman steal, it's actually understandable because they're weak - physically mentally everythingly but laws still punish her. If only they had the intelligence to know, that if they got caught? It could be the end of their life, Brazil is the same.
