Driven by Jealousy Sicko Attacks Woman With Machete After Killing Her Daughter

Driven by jealousy, a man in Ca Mau province attacked his lover and her two children with a knife. The incident resulted in one child's death and two others being hospitalized.

On the evening of October 5th, speaking with a Thanh Nien newspaper reporter, Mr. Vo Van Hanh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Can commune, Ca Mau province, confirmed the information about the stabbing incident that occurred in the area, resulting in one death and two injuries.

According to initial information, at approximately 5:20 PM that day, T.C.C (40 years old, residing in Hamlet 3, Nam Can commune) attacked three people with a knife: Ms. N.L.H (39 years old) and her two children, V.N.T.K (6 years old) and V.N.B.C (11 years old, residing in the same locality).

Immediately after the incident, people took the victims to the hospital for emergency relief. However, baby K. died at the hospital; Both H. and baby C. were transferred to the hospital of the province's main hospital for acute care and treatment.

When he immediately received the news, he said that he was working in a small house and was directly in front of the scene to check the situation.

According to initial information, C. and Ms. H. had a romantic relationship and lived together as husband and wife for about 4 years. The initial cause of the incident is believed to be jealousy, leading C. to attack his lover and her three children.
