The caption jokes about Burt Munro, the guy who set speed records on an old Indian motorcycle—but Burt had a modified bike, a salt flat, and a helmet. This guy has a public road, a crowd, and zero margin for error. In Agra, everyone wants to be a legend, but nobody wants to wear the gear.
